Add more attendees

Hello everyone,

A client registered for our seminar and she wants to add one more attendee at her registration. We cannot find a way to do that, neither at the frontend nor at the backend. Any ideas?

Hi Yannis,

If this is an existing registration, then you would need to cancel and refund the existing registration and then have the registrant create a new registration.

We have a feature request to allow adding and removing of registrations from existing transactions. Please vote for that feature here on our roadmap:
