Add Hotel Accommodation to Event

Hello, my client would like to add a certain number of hotel rooms as an option for their Event – there would be a limited number of rooms which would decrease each time one is booked. The price for the event booking would be adjusted accordingly if the hotel room is booked as well. Can we do this with Event Espresso? Thank you!

Hi there,

To do what you are requesting with Event Espresso you would need to add an additional ticket to the event that the user could select during registration.

So your users could select an ‘Admission’ ticket priced at X, and also select a ‘Hotel Accommodation’ ticket priced at Y. The total for the registrations will be all of the tickets selected so allows the user to pay and you can setup limits on the ticket to only sell a specific amount.

Within the event it would look something like this – http://take.ms/uAWEz

each individual ticket is assigned to its own specific datetime (Hotel ticket on the hotel datetime and event ticket to event datetime) to allow for limits to be independent of each other.
