Active/Inactive filtering not working

Hello,

We are having trouble with the Event Overview area, specifically with filtering.

The client reports two issues: 1. Newly inactive events not showing up in inactive filtered list: “I had created a new event and set it from Open to In Active because I needed to make changes in it. Now it is gone from the Events altogether.

2. All filter does not show all events: “Also, the All Filter for Active and Inactive events only shows the latter now and not the former.”

We have confirmed that the event in #1 is not displaying in the inactive list, or any other list (such as deleted). We did upgrade EE and WP a few months ago, but this is the first time we’ve noticed filtering issues.

Hi Shannon,

It may help to know how they are setting the event to inactive. I can suggest that if they need to set an event to inactive that they set “Is this an active event?” to No.

Once that’s set, they’ll be able to view events with the Not_Active status by selecting the All (Active/Inactive) filter. Along with that, if they more than 50 events, they’ll need to set the Retrieve value for the number of events to more than its default (which is 50).
