Activation key not working

Hi

I’m trying to add my activation key but is but working.

I still see the red key

Hi,

I checked and it looks like the wrong key is being used there.

Can you go to your site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page, empty the key field then click Save.

Then after that, you go to your account page (this one) and copy the license key value, then paste into the field, then click Save again.
