Is there anything that will need to be done within EE3 to accommodate these Paypal changes?

Hi Rosemarie,

A developer has been assigned to verify if anything needs to change in EE3 to accommodate the changes. If changes are needed to be made, there will be an update release.

One thing that you should check with your host on is whether the server uses SHA-256 to connect via ssl.
