On the accordion template, I would like to show the lowest priced option. On my first event it shows the lowest price, but on the rest of the events it shows the highest cost for each of these events. I can’t figure this out.

Hi Michel, could you take a look at the first event pricing and then compare that to the pricing order for the events that are different? I believe this is related to the order that the pricing options are created in.

Good thought! The event pricing are all the same. In fact these are duplicated events and the only difference is the date on them. When you say take a look at the event pricing are you referring to something particular?
Any ideas?

Hi, the issue that you described may be related to the order of the pricing options in the events.
For example:
Pricing option A
Pricing option B
When you look at the first event which appears as you expect it to, is the order of the pricing options different that the other events?

No all these events are identical. Meaning I made the first event then duplicated the rest. Its in french but see for yourself.

Why would the first one be different than the rest. This makes no sense. Please i bought this addon, can we get this at least to work correctly.

Actually it also will not show the early pricing option. Why is this?

Hi Michel,
I just wanted to let you know we have created a ticket for this and are investigating the cause.

Hi Michel,
We are currently testing a fix that will always pull the first price entered for any event on the category accordion template.
I have added this fix to the current version of the template add-on if you would like to try it whilst we run it through testing.
You can download it here – http://take.ms/d2jSn
You can either replace the ‘template.php’ file within your current version or simply de-activate and delete the current version, and upload this version using Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin.
