Access to Beta Version that accepts partial payment?

I am almost ready to buy EE4 but need the ability to post partial payments to registrations. I saw on a reply to a question here about partial payments that this is available in the latest beta version. If I purchase EE4 today, would I be allowed to install the beta version so that we can use this functionality?

Hi Charlain,

The latest beta version is already published and this version does not support partial payments.

However, we are working on partial payments and testing it internally for an upcoming version of Event Espresso.
