Hello, and excuse me if this has been answered already. I’m thinking that this plugin will work for us but I have a couple of requirements. First, we need registered users to be able to create events and/or sign up for them and we also need some sort of export functionality like exporting registered users of events to excel or a csv.

Hello Jeff,
Thank you for your interest in Event Espresso.
With the Roles and Permissions add on that is included in the Business License, you can allow users to create events.
Also, you can export attendee information from the Event Overview section of Event Espresso. You can either export Attendee information by individual event, or all events combined.
