Client’s website is getting an Internal Server Error when finishing up an event registration.

Hi there,
500 Internal Server Error is a generic error, we’ll need to see the ‘proper’ error to know what is happening.
If you look in the server error logs can you see any errors from Event Espresso there?
Or if you add this snippet:
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#wpdebug
to your wp-config.php we can run a test to see if we can find the error.
Also, may I ask why you are using EE3 over EE4? Is there something preventing you from updating?
