We upgraded today around noon, client has been testing and working fine till they tried to export registrations for a couple classes and only getting the first 4 entries.

Hi Bob,

Can you check the PHP error log to see if an error was thrown when the report was ran?

Maybe this will help:

Now we fixed the registration we are now getting an error when we try to download a class list to csv…

The model file EEM_0 could not be located or is not readable due to file permissions. Please ensure that the following filepath(s) are correct:
/nas/wp/www/cluster-30002/streetsmarts/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/db_models/EEM_0.model.php,
/nas/wp/www/cluster-30002/streetsmarts/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/EEM_0.model.php EE_Registry – _load – 497

I’ve had WPEngine double check and reset rights on the files but we no change?

Hi Bob,

Can you check in the event editor for the event in question and see if there’s an archived ticket. If there is an archived ticket, is it the ticket that was selected by the registrants that are not listed in the report?

Sorry I’m not sure how to do this: “Can you check in the event editor for the event in question and see if there’s an archived ticket”

It is something with this event as I was able to download a list for other events without error and the full list.

You go in to edit the event, and look at the tickets where it says “Available Tickets”. There should be at least one ticket. If there’s more than one ticket, is one of the tickets grayed out, where you can’t edit it, and it has a padlock icon? If so, that’s an archived ticket.

Hi Bob,

A little update: If the event has an archived ticket, then this is fixed in Event Espresso 4.6.7.p.

Not sure if it was an archived ticket but we applied the update and that fixed the error, we can now download the class event list…. thank you!

I think all issues are now resolved
