Do your users register onto the site before they register on events?
Are they logged in when registering?
Are they using the same contact details for the registration as they have on their user account?
Did you have the WP User Integration add-on activated on the site prior to the users registering onto the event(s)? (I’m assuming so but just confirming)
I’ve just registered onto the site and register onto an event a couple of times, it linked my registrations to my account when testing (Side note, you can change the registration status of my registrations to either Pending Payment or Cancelled to ‘release’ the spots taken).
For some reasson, many people/maybe all lost their link between registration and their login.
It does not show: WordPress User Profile in the Update “Contact Record Box” anymore.
