Hello, I am using EE4 and Users on my site (http://svgreatschools.org/events/red-and-white-ball-2014/) are getting this message when they check the box that says “Use Attendee #1’s information for ALL attendees”. “Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations. SNGPGCHC-DSNGPG” Also, the option to purchase just one ticket for the $100 doesn’t seem to be working… It’s registering as a $30 ticket in the second step of registration. Could it be an issue with a conflicting plugin or something? |
Hello, Could you confirm that your software is up to date at version 4.2.4? Also, are you running any caching plugins such as WP super cache or W3 total cache? — |
|
|
Yes, I am up to date with 4.2.4.reg and no Cache plugins active. |
This could be a conflict with another plugin. Try temporarily deactivating all plugins and testing again with only Event Espresso running. If it works, then reactivate your plugins one by one to locate the source of the conflict. — |

Still doesn’t work. Not sure why this would happen just now, I haven’t updated / changed any plugins or settings since Event Espresso core update… |

Is there a caching feature included with Event Espresso? |
|
I de-activated plugins & re-activated plugins & cleared my cache and it seems to be working now. Is there any way of tracking error logs through Event Espresso? What’s the purpose of the seemingly randomly generated letters after the error message? Is there a way this could be more descriptive of what error is occurring? Thanks so much. |
The message above explains what the issue: Event Espresso has received your information from the attendee/registrant form but can’t apply it to a registration. It doesn’t mention what causes it since there are a few possible causes: + caching plugin We are restoring the debug log feature in an upcoming release of Event Espresso. The letters in caps are used by the development team. — |

I’m not using a caching plugin, and am not getting any other PHP errors about plugins conflicting. What would it mean to have php sessions not running on the server? Could it be a memory issue? So there’s no way to understand what the issue is? What sort of information do the letters capture, and how are you able to address this issue? Is there a way to speak to someone on the phone about this? |
Hello, These are the known causes for this issue: + caching plugin Since you aren’t using a caching plugin, that can be ruled out. A php session is what the registration information is stored in until the registration is completed or until it expires on its own (after 2 hours). On your earlier response, you mentioned that it started working (php sessions are okay) after deactivating and reactivating all plugins. This leads me to believe that another plugin on your site may be creating the conflict. Try temporarily deactivating all plugins and reactivating Event Espresso. Then try a registration. Does it then work without the error? If so, then begin reactivating your plugins one by one while testing the registration page. If it breaks right after activating a specific plugin, then that is likely the source of the conflict. As I shared earlier, the letters in caps are used by the development team. — |
