Hi,
We are getting an error message after we insert the guest information and trying to proceed to the payment.
it says:
An error has occurred:
Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations.
EED_Single_Page_Checkout – _process_attendee_information – 1386

We are using version: 4.3.1p
And we have WP Super Cache plug-in installed. It seems that the cache is causing the problem.
Is there a special settings that I have to use on this cache to I have have the Cache and the event registration both working? If not, do you know another good Cache plug-in for wp that works with the EventEspresso?

Hi,
You’ll need to setup no-cache rules for your caching plugin. Please clear your cache through your caching plugin and then follow the guide below:

You are also running an old and unsupported version of Event Espresso 4. Please backup your WordPress and update to the current version:
