We just purchased a license key and we activated it on version Event Espresso – 4.7.4.decaf, but it says Your Event Espresso license has expired. Renew now to save 10% off and get access to software updates and support. Also, we cannot add New Questions, can you please help asap?

Did you purchase Event Espresso whilst logged into another account?

I just spoke to my manager and he said on payment window he may have used his account which is under the same domain. Have you investigated?

Hi there,

Your account has been updated and can now access the premium version of the Plugin.

You’ll need to de-activate and delete the current version of Event Espresso Decaf you have installed.

Visit your account page and download the latest version of Event Espreso Regular, install that as a regular plugin and activate.
