Hi re: https://eventespresso.com/topic/integrating-event-espresso-with-google-analytics-ecommerce-tracking/ I am needing to track sales of individual ticket types for our event using Google Anylitics so we can track conversions from advertising and social media can you give me any information on how this can be achieved i can see nothing in the help or documentation on this issue apart from the above post to help? Is it possible to contact the user https://eventespresso.com/users/scoutdigitaltraining/ regarding this issue as they seem to be trying to do the same thing? Thanks for your time, |

Hi Ben, Whilst we can’t provide you with any details of other users, we can open the other thread up so you can post a reply there and see if the user replies through that which I have just done for you on this thread: https://eventespresso.com/topic/integrating-event-espresso-with-google-analytics-ecommerce-tracking/
Assuming you want to track these from the thank-you page, what details would you like to output? We don’t have any documentation on this as its not a feature we currently officially support and so have not created docs for it. |

Hi Tony Thanks for opening the other post i will see if the user responds. This post is similar to what i want to do but again there is no detail as to how it could be achieved… https://eventespresso.com/topic/include-google-analytics-ecommerce-tracking/ We need to be able to track each different ticket type being sold so i would need to track the individual registration by type of ticket sold (we only hold one event a year but with multiple ticket types) then the final thank you page to show completion of the sale. 1. Add tracking of the ticket type sold? Transaction ID, Name, Price, Quantity Thanks again |

Hi, This will require custom development because Event Espresso 4 does not include conversion tracking features. You could contact the experts at codeable.io for a quote for adding these features with your specifications. |

Hi Josh I will see if i can figure this out first i have seen several other support posts which are proving helpful. I will be purchasing another EE4 Everything License for a new dance events clients site i’m working on next week that makes three sites using EE4 Everything License so its in my interest to be able to do this myself as i will be working with your platform for the foreseeable future. Thanks for your time, |
