Wrong address on Order Confirmation

My Order Confirmation page is still showing the default 123 Onna Rd, PO Box 123, etc. even though it correctly shows the Event name and email. I have changed the address in General Settings and can’t find any other place that has the default address in it. Where do I find this and change it?

Hi there,

The Order Confirmation and Invoice both use the address info set within the Invoice Payment Method (if set) then the info set within the Organisation details in General Settings.

So can you go to Event Espresso -> Payment Methods -> Invoice.

If it is not enabled then please temporarily enable it.

Once enabled looks through the settings and you should find ‘Payee’ fields – http://take.ms/XYmtC

Are the incorrect details saved there?

If so remove the details, save the settings (then de-activate the Invoice payment method if preferred)

EE should now use the General Settings -> Your Organisation details.
