Are there any settings for this plugin?? Or is it just a straight transfer? What happens if the user registers for a second event? Does it sync based on username or email address??

Right now it just does a linking of the WP User to the EE Contact.
It’s not really a Beta yet, it’s still in raw development. Further work was put on hold until changes to 4.6 were firmed up. As soon as we get 4.6 into Beta, then we can shift some resources to start filling out the WP-Users Integration add-on features.
