Hi All,
We are currently have issues with Event Espresso and WorldPay. The whole process from start to finish works fine except WorldPay does not redirect back to our site upon payment completion, it just hangs on “please wait while we redirect you”. Looking at the “please wait” page source can see no JavaScript or meta tag to do a redirection. All other systems on the site work fine with WorldPay like the donation and lottery forms indicating that Event Espresso could not be sending the return URL to WorldPay? This issue also happens in Sandbox mode too.
Below are the details of the system we are running and there version numbers. Please note that this is a LIVE system, If needed I can cone it over to a test server and enable sandbox mode there.

WordPress Version: 4.0
PHP Version: 5.3.28
MySQL Version: 5.5.35
Event Espresso Version: 3.1.36.6.P

Any ideas or troubleshooting steps please let me know. I have also filed a support ticket with WorldPay just in case it an issue there end.

Hi Stuart,
Can you check your WorldPay account and make sure that the Payment response is enabled? There is a step by step guide on how to enable the Payment response in our documentation here:
