Wont Install New Installation of Espresso Core 4.2.7 on WP 3.9.1

Trying to install core zip file (Core 4.2.7) but just locks up. Blue stays bar (in address bar) appears to start but just stops?

Hi Ben,

Are you following the steps here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/installing-event-espresso/

The steps are the same for both EE3 and EE4.

What browser are you using?

Do you have FTP access to the site?
