Hi, In the personal question group the email address option is checked, but greyed out. I am wondering if this is why I don’t see the registrants email address in the admin confirmation email? I get the other fields but the email address is not in the question/answer section. Thanks. |

Hi, The reason the email address question is greyed out is because it cannot be unchecked, or removed, from the Personal Information question group. It’s not the reason why you don’t see the registrant’s email address in the admin confirmation email. Thanks, can I ask then, what is the criteria for populating the question/answer section in the email? I assumed it would retrieve all the questions from (for example) the personal question group, however I see now that it does not. Is there a way for getting all the responses from a question group into the admin email? |

Hi again, The criteria is the shortcodes. So if you have the shortcodes for the question answers in your email template, it will display the answers. There’s even a section in some of the email templates that are made just for displaying the answers to questions. You’ll find more information in the inline help docs (pull down from the upper right corner of your admin message editor) and in the online documentation: |
