When our cutomers try to register for a class they are directed to this page http://indigofirestudio.com/register/?regevent_action=register&event_id=2850
What i don’t understand is this is not everyone. Only some people have this problem

Hi,

What event(s) are they trying to register for when they are redirected to that page?

Hello, they are both reoccurring events and one time events that don’t work. usually our link directs them to paypal and a page where they can put in there names and stuff. it is only some people that have the problem.

Hello again,

Could you login to your WP dashboard and clear your cache for your caching plugin?

Then could you create no-cache rules for your caching plugin?

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setup-nocache-exclusion-rules-event-espresso/

Event Espresso 3 uses the following slugs:

/event-registration/
/transactions/
/registration-cancelled/
/thank-you/

These may vary if you have changed your slugs. You can check through WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> General Settings.

Be sure to clear your cache once these have been setup in your caching plugin.

Thank you Lorenzo. We followed the link for the instructions that you gave, and we have no critical pages tab under general settings. Is there another name it might be under?

Hi Suchitra,

As you are using EE3 the pages are listed within Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Page Settings.

Here is a view of the default settings – http://take.ms/Sbi9s

As Lorenzo mentioned these default page slugs are:

/event-registration/
/transactions/
/registration-cancelled/
/thank-you/

It is the pages set within those drop-downs that must be included within the do not cache list.
