Hi Stacy,

The Recurring Events Manager add on comes with the Business Licence, unless you have purchases it separately. You have the Personal Licence.

The different addons supplied with each licence are shown here https://eventespresso.com/pricing/#tabs-addons

If you have purchased it separately, then please send me an copy of your purchase receipt to support@eventespresso.com, including a link to this forum thread, and I will happily look into the account to resolve it.

Hi Dean, I purchased a business licence and I’m working on a testserver now.
I also cannot find the recurring event manager.
Is it only visible after I have filled in the registration Key?
You suggest not filling in that key on a testserver.
Thanks!

Hi Erkwerk,

The license key does not restrict functions within the plugin.

The Recurring Events Manager Add-on (REM for short) is installed as a separate plugin. You’ll need to download it from you account page.

Find the Recurring Events Manager in the list, download the plugin and install in the same way you install Event Espresso, we have a guide posted here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/installing-event-espresso/

That is for Event Espresso itself but the process is the same for the Add-ons.

Once installed and activated, when you create a new event (does not work on already created events) you’ll be given the option to create a recurring event.

Hi,

So long as the Recurring Event Manager add on has been downloaded from your account and installed and activated on your site, it will show. The licence key is irrelevant for that, the key only deals with access to one click updates and confirming a valid support subscription.

Can you confirm the add on plugin is installed and activated?

If so, create a new event and look for this http://take.ms/2ohCq just above the pricing section.
