I just upgraded to version 4.6.18p. I registered for my conference and asked for an invoice. It has our company address as 123 Onna Road, InaCity Arizona. I remember clearly changing this in the EventEspresso Settings, so I went to check. I do have the correct information there, and I noticed that on the invoice it has our correct “VAT/Tax number” but all the other details about the company are still at the defaults. How can I fix this???? Is there another set of defaults somewhere that I need to change?
It was the “order confirmation receipt”. I found the template, and clearly the variables were not being plugged in correctly, so I edited the template and have solved the immediate problem.
