When a person buys more than one ticket to an event, is the system supposed to allow for Attendee information for the other tickets? I can see that it says Attendee 1 when the Registration process begins, but it never shows an “Attendee 2” or Attendee 3 box for those people’s names & emails… Is this a setting that we are missing? Thank you!
Within the event you are registering on you can select the question groups asked for the ‘Primary Registrant’ (the first ticket) and then any additional tickets.
You need to select at least the ‘Personal Information’ group for additional registrants and update the event. It will then ask those questions for additional registrations created in a group.
Hmm, good question. I checked and no, not currently.
Question groups are assigned per event so we don’t have a bulk option for them as it stands.
