What happens to the page URL after I delete an event?

We have hundreds of old events. If we delete these past events, what happens to the URL? Do we have to manually create redirects for every URL of deleted past events?

Hi there,

EE events are a custom post type within WordPress, so deleting an event does the same as deleting a post within WP, the URL will go to a 404.

If you want to redirect the URL you will need to manually create those.
