A client’s EE 3 installation has stopped working. I’m thinking the first step would be to bring his install up to date, but I can’t seem to find any information as to what the latest versions of EE3, Multiple Event Registration and Recurring Events are. I’m glad to purchase the necessary support package, if indeed we need buy these updates, but I want to make sure that’s the case before I do that.

The latest versions of EE3 and add-ons are:
Event Espresso v3.1.37.12.P
Multiple Event Registration Add-on v1.0.5
Recurring Events Manager Add-on v1.1.8.p

Thanks Josh. So here’s my problem. It appears my EE 3 install is pretty much up to date — I have EE 3.1.37.8. The other two plugins are current. Do I need to purchase the license again to get support?

3.1.37.8 isn’t really up to date because it was released back in April 5, 2016. There have been 4 releases since then and you can view the change log since that release starting here:

Support is only available for current support license holders. That said, there probably isn’t much that we can do for your site in particular because the cart issue is likely a PHP-session related issue that needs to be fixed on the server side.
