First, I’ve created a couple waitlists, but where are they? I see my primary events in the overview, but now I don’t know where to look to find the waitlists.
Second, let’s say I have an even with 4 attendees max. After 4 people register, the assigned waitlist kicks in. But how does this work? Do I assign a max number of attendees to the waitlist event?
If 4 people register and the 5th person adds himself to the waitlist, then one of the original attendees decides to “un-register” is that 5th person automatically added to the main event attendees list?
You can filter the event status in the Event Overview screen and set it to show waitlist events.
Based on your example, the waitlist event would activate after the 4 registrant/attendee. I would set a reasonable attendee limit for the waitlist event.
On your second example, if this happened, then you could contact the 5th registrant to see if they are still interested in the original event.
