In EE3 does the waitlist work with events that are pre-loaded into the cart? I’m using this shortcode: [ESPRESSO_CART_LINK event_id=”5-8-9-10-11″ anchor=’CLICK HERE TO REGISTER NOW!’ direct_to_cart=1 moving_to_cart=’Loading Registration …’]

No the wait list links only work from the event list page and on the single event page. See also:
