i have discovered this small issue where i have a single event that has a waiting list….whenever a new persons joins the waiting list in the backend all registrants have the same name ( the name of the last person to register).
i take that back…when ever someone will enter a name that is already present in the registration list the name of all registrants will change to the name of the last one to join the list 🙂
Thanks for reporting this. Maybe you have all of the following?
1) The WP User Integration add-on is activated
2) “Always sync contact information with WP user profile?” is set to Yes in Event Espresso > Registration Form > User Integration Settings
3) You were logged into the same WP User account when making all of the registrations for that event
So if you make a waitlist registration, then add more spaces available to the event to allow new regular registrations, then register again on the front end, does that new regular registration overwrite the other prior registrations?
no….the setup is as follows:
i have an event for which no tickets are available only the waiting-list.
if a person enters the waiting-list in the backend->event-espresso->registrations all the registrants it the list have the same name…..which is the name of the last person to be on the list…
Does this happen with all other WordPress plugins deactivated? I’m curious to know if there’s any caching happening there on that server.
