Wait list addon manager doesnt activate

Hi,

I downloaded and installed the addon manager but it doesn’t activate. I do not receive an error, I just click activate, the page reloads and it still says activate. Any ideas as to why that is?

May I ask what’s the version number of the Wait List add-on, and which what’s the version number of Event Espresso 4 on your site?
