I am a novice at EE, so please be specific in your answers.
1. I have created a waitlist with a specific description, but what is displayed is the Main event description is this normal.
2. The main full registration form is not duplicated in the waitlist I created, yet I have duplicated the questions from the “overview” section. Instead, for the registration all I get is “name, phone, and email.” our main registration asks more demographic information.
3. Additionally, once the registration is submitted I get these two options to “confirm registrations” which I do not want.
The attendee/registrants will see the main event until it reaches the limit for attendees. Then the waitlist event will activate.
On the registration questions for the waitlist event, you’ll need to ensure that the waitlist event is set to collect those custom question groups as well. This is because questions are enabled via question groups through the event editor on a per-event basis.
The double confirm option buttons are there because if you are on a small screen (e.g. a notebook or a tablet), then you may not be able to see the button. You can hide one of them:
