Voucher Codes are not uploading – please help

I have named my file vouchers.csv and they are in the correct format.
When I try to upload it says:
vouchers.csv was not successfully uploaded
File not found. Make sure you specified the correct path.

I have tried numerous times and I have a deadline to get these codes in.

Please help.
