I’m using ‘Volume Discount Add-on’ with ‘MER’ and everything works fine on the frontend.
In the admin panel, however, a problem occurs when I update the data of the users. In fact, when I click the button ‘Update Record’, the cost of the discounted ticket is lost and setted the cost of the original price.

This creates problems when I go to export the invoice. Prices in fact no longer correspond

This is a problem that I had already pointed out on the forum some time ago.
Is there any workaround to fix this bug?

I am attaching a screenshot

Thanks in advance

Hi Marco,

Have you updated to Event Espresso 3.1.35.1.P?

Hi Josh,
Yes. I have the latest vesion of Event Espresso (3.1.35.1.P).
I had already talked about this issue in this post

You can fix this bug. It makes no sense to use the ‘Volume Discount Add-on’ if when I go to update the data of the attendees, I lose the information about the discounted price

You marked the other post as solved Marco:

We’ll look into fixing the bug and get back with you on this.

Josh, I know that I have marked the post as solved but in reality the problem remained.

If you do a simulation of an event that has a ‘Volume Discount’ applied, you will realize that if you go into the panel and click the ‘Update record’ button of a attendee for that event, the cost of the ticket on the right will lose the applied discount and it will be set to the original cost.

Can you give me confirmation of this bug into admin panel?

I await for a response

Hi Marco,

You can download this file (right click, save as) and upload it to your server to replace your current installation’s /event-espresso/includes/admin-reports/edit_attendee_record.php file.

Then you can test out the fix.
