Hi there,
I know that you van use Zoom to sell ticket for a Virtual event. However, the Zoom Personal account allows only 40 minutes.

My events duration normally is two hours.

I follow the instruction and set up the Zoom, but the short duration won’t work for me.I was wondering if you can help me set up Virtual ticket sale and instead of using Zoom, I want to use Google Meet.

Cheers,
Ted

Hi Ted,

What can we help with in that process? Here are our tips for hosting virtual events: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/tips-hosting-virtual-events/

Hi Garth,
Thanks for quick respond. I set the custom registration approved email for the Zoom. I was wondering what would be the steps to set a custom approved registration email for the Google Meet. As we decided to use Google Meet for our online lessons. Free Zoom account doesn’t meet our requirement of two hour persuasion.

I followed Lorenzo tutorial and set up the Virtual location for Zoom, and now I want to create a virtual location for google meet.

Cheers,

Garth

Part C. You can do for Meet what you did with Zoom.

Awesome thanks. One more question though: Do I need to change the Google Meet link for each session?

That depends on:
– If you want all attendees of past and future sessions to have the same link.
– If Google allows you to use a meet link after the event date.

Let me know if I can do anything else for you.

Virtual Venues are nice if you’re using the same virtual event information over and over…
