The issue that I am having is that when a person clicks on the “View Details” to see the event details to purchase the tickets, the page just reloads back to the home page, however when you look at the link at the in the url is shows the address to the event but Im on the home page. I checked your site and the View Details button is working when I try it. Do you still need help with this?

Hey thank you well what I did was went back to Version 4.9.21 and it works, it seems with the newer version of the plugin, it was reloading (as described above) so the client kept calling me to fix it because they had people trying to register and I had to do something. I don’t want to upgrade because that problem will exist.

The newer version adds some layers of encoding to the ticket selector form, so what that may mean for your server is that your server doesn’t allow the encoding. If you have a way to test the new version in another area of that server, you can try changing the setting in Event Espresso > General Settings > Admin Options > Compatibility Settings > and set Encode Session Data? to No.
