Hello.
When I fill out a Venue I can add the address in the post etc.
However, when I go to the frontend of it I only see what is in the body text.
Is this correct? Is there a way to load the venue address etc. that is already filled out in the post?
I am using EE4.

Hi Kevin,
This should not be the case. The frontend only displaying what is in the body text could be the result of a theme conflict or a plugin conflict. If you temporarily switch to the default theme and/or temporarily deactivate all other plugins, does the missing information begin to display?

Thanks for your message.
I have now tried to disable all plugins and switched to default theme. I still seem to have this issue with the venues page.
Please let me know if you need any other info, and assistance is much appreciated 🙂

The other strange thing is, there’s not body text either. Does that also happen if you switch to a default theme?
In any case, if you can complete this secure form with temporary access credentials, we can investigate further.

Yes. I’m sorry for the delay. The log in credentials you sent do not allow access to anything except for the Jetpack plugin’s settings. Can you update that account so it allows for temporary access to the full WordPress admin?
