This should not be the case. The frontend only displaying what is in the body text could be the result of a theme conflict or a plugin conflict. If you temporarily switch to the default theme and/or temporarily deactivate all other plugins, does the missing information begin to display?
Yes. I’m sorry for the delay. The log in credentials you sent do not allow access to anything except for the Jetpack plugin’s settings. Can you update that account so it allows for temporary access to the full WordPress admin?
