i have a new event form and I am a new user to ee4. Help!

Hi Deborah,

The first thing to check is whether or not caching is activated on your site. If there’s a caching plugin active, you can set up no cache rules for Event Espresso’s pages by following this guide:

If you post a link to the event, someone from support staff can also take a look and investigate.
