URL for secure sites with https

We have your plugin installed on our secure site which requires all pages to be https.  When an event is created, and you click to get the URL, it generates one with only http instead of https.  While this is an easy manual fix each time, it’s going to create issues/mistakes for those we have doing this.  Is there a way to fix this?

A plugin such as this http://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-https/ may assist.
