URGENT! Unstable Registrations for Client In Midst of Annual Fundraiser!

Every so often the error message “An error has occured: Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations.” Ever since we upgraded this has happened. I have followed suggestions for troubleshooting. Client is upset because they are in the midst of their only annual fundraiser.

I’m having similar issues I think. Its odd that it will work once then the users will receive message “An error has ocurred: Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations.”
We are in the middle of a big fundraiser and this is a HUGE problem. I just submitted a Priority Ticket today.

Hi Arlene,

I checked your site and when I viewed the source of the registration checkout page, this was at the bottom:

Event Espresso pages need to be served dynamically. When you install a caching plugin, Event Espresso pages get served as static files, which leads to the errors people are reporting. Please configure your caching plugin to not cache Event Espresso pages. We have a guide that you can follow here:
