Strange problem suddenly started today and our customers report that they cannot complete the checkout (didn’t do any changes on EE4 plugin.
I went ahead and tested on an incognito window, indeed i had the same problem, the credit card input fields don’t show and loads of error on the inspect console.
I tried again while logged in as admin and now no problems. You can see on the recording here:
The checkout page uses JavaScript and your site is throwing a bunch of JS errors which will then prevent any additional JS from running on the page.
Your video showed many plugins de-activated but they are currently active on the site which means I’m testing a different use case, but thee are multiple versions of jQuery being loaded.
The home page throws ~ 20 JavaScript errors on its own, those need to be fixed before the checkout page will function.
Have you recently made changes to the site and then you noticed this?
If so, what changes? (It doesn’t matter if they are outside of EE, this is not an EE specific issue)
The fact that it works when logged in but not when you are logged out would suggest some form of caching or ‘optimization’ that isn’t active when logged in.
