URGENT! Sistem does not upload picture

we are facing a problem in uploading event thumbnails, the image is correctly uploaded to the media library, then selected, but event editor no longer makes it visible.

We are facing this problem with Chrome and Explorer, just with Safari it seems to work but the website owner (our customer) does not own Safari therefore we have to solve the problem as soom as possible. Thank you
