Hey Guys! I’m suddenly getting an error when my customers are trying to purchase group discounted ticket. The Min is set to 8 with the Max at 19…nothing special and the other tickets are working fine except they don’t have a min set. The system isn’t recognizing the selection. Any suggestions?

Also, how do I redirect the “select at least one event” to go “back” instead of to /events?

Oh! And my Max Number Allowed is set to 19 under the Registration Options. Thanks guys!

I think i found the issue…the Detail box… It was working fine before and it’s any value in that field that causes the error so not sure if there’s a collation between Min Qty and Details.

Let me know when you get it fixed so I can add my details back. Also, let me know how I can redirect that link on the error message page ๐Ÿ˜‰ Thank you!

Hi Tammy,

The fix for the Nothing in Your Event Queue error is in Event Espresso 4.6.24.p and is available as an update.

You can use the FHEE__Single_Page_Checkout__display_spco_reg_form__empty_msg filter to change the message on the error page.

So to change it so it has a link that goes back to the previous page, you can add something like this to a custom function plugin:

Hey Josh! I just got the update notice and it’s working fine now.

I’ll try out the above. Was there link to that error page so I can test it out. Not that I don’t have the error, I can’t tell if it’s working…LOL! If not, I won’t worry about it. Maybe it can help someone else too.

Thanks guys!

Yes, the nothing in your event queue error displays on the registration checkout page when nothing is in the event cart. So you can test the change by going to an event page on the site, then instead of adding an event to the cart, you input this into the address bar: yoursite.com/registration-checkout and hit return.
