Hello,
When user tries to buy course at our site (specifically Distance education or webinars like Clinical Monitoring and Site Management: The Fundamental), he/she is not able to do that after filling all the billing details. Basically nothing happens or even if the user fails to enter billing details, there is no error. This is urgent. So, please resolve

Hi Varinder,
Have you temporarily deactivated other plugins to rule out a conflict?
If so, could you provide a link to one of these events so we can take a look?

I don’t think so. Yesterday, when I was trying to make sure that we have backups, so I tried to install/activate BackUpWordPress plugin. But later, I got a message that is inactive because of compatibility issue with PHP.
