Hi guys, urgent one.
Im getting a spinning wheel in my checkout process and can’t go further in registration on my site.
i get the same result for all events.

after selecting quantity and clicking ‘register now’, the next page works fine – i can enter name and email details no problem but when i click
was working fine a week ago and haven’t changed anything.
any ideas??

Hi Dave,
Could you double check that all of the Event Espresso critical pages are published? This can be done through WordPress admin –> Pages.
Then please setup no-cache/exclusion rules for your caching plugin:

Hi Lorenzo,
thanks for that but still doesn’t work. all pages are published and have setup exclusion rules correctly…
any more ideas?

Hi,
You have a whole bunch of errors coming up on the reservation page http://take.ms/QwQxA. I would say the one that is probably causing the issue is the uncaught typeerror from the jquery easing file.
That will likely block the rest of the JavaScript from working, causing the spinning wheel issue.
It looked like it was because it was loaded before jQuery but that is not the case. Right now I’m stumped as to why that’s happening. It is possible that it simply doesn’t work with the latest jQuery as the easing jQuery plugin hasn’t been updated in 2 years.
As it’s a premium theme I would refer to the theme creators support regarding this issue.
