Whenever I try to upload a logo in the general settings, I get an incredibly long error message and I don’t understand at all what it is trying to tell me. It starts with:
The “Your Organization Settings” form is invalid. Please correct the following errors and resubmit:
EE_Validation_Error: Please enter a valid URL. Eg https://eventespresso.com in /kunden…
URL should be valid, the png file works everywhere else. Copying the link from WP>Media doesn’t make any difference either.
Without the URL for the image itself I can’t be sure if this is correct but I did a little digging on your site and used the sites main logo to do some testing.
The problem appears to be the ß in the logo’s filename, its tripping up the EE validation and throwing an error. I’ll create a ticket for one of our developers to investigate this further and see if we can fix that in a future version of Event Espresso.
For the time being I’d recommend downloading the logo, renaming it so it no longer has ß in the filename and then using that specific file in the EE co logo field.
You’re most welcome, I’m glad it’s working for you now.
