Hi, WP and all EE plugins are up to date. Clicking the “upload image” button at the top of general settings does nothing. I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins but the issue remains. The URL is http://new-website.canaf-calgary.ca/ but it’s a website under construction, hidden behind a coming soon page. Please let me know if you need Admin access. Please help! Thank you, Aurelien |

Hi, What version of EE are you using please? Also, on that page can you right click, select Inspect Element (Chrome and Firefox) and go to the Console option. If there are any Errors there, please advise (copy and paste or screenshot them please). |

Hi Aurelien, Could you try testing again with only Event Espresso running and a default theme such as WP twenty twelve? Then be sure to restore the site. — |

Hi Lorenzo, I’ve deactivated all plugins but Event Espresso. I’ve activated the WP Twenty Fourteen theme. I’ve tried clicking the button to upload the logo but in vain, it still doesn’t work. I’m due to launch the website on monday morning, I’d like it to be fixed by then if possible. Thank you, |

Hi Lorenzo, Thank you for trying to help me. I have to say I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED by your lack of attention to the website I’ve just given you Admin login for. This morning, I was simply looking at my client’s website to check something minor and I found that the entire website was broken and all widgets were out of place. As I have a plugin that tells me what users have done, I found that the only troubleshooting you’ve done was to do what I’ve already done, meaning trying to disable all plugins and activate a different theme. What you haven’t seen is that disabling all plugins and changing theme has broken the website for however long it was between the time you logged in and this morning when I’ve noticed it. You’ve left the Event Calendar plugin deactivated so the bare shortcode was showing on the calendar page, you also didn’t remember to switch back from the regular theme to the child theme that was in place before you started your troubleshooting (this child theme has many CSS tweaks that are very important). I’m very disappointed as this is my client’s website and you’ve treated it like crap. It also took me an hour (no paid) to fix your lack of professionalism. It’s not the first time I deal with the Event Espresso team and so far I was very, very happy with your customer service. But I reckon you dropped the ball on this one. So where do we go from here and who’s paying for the hour of unpaid work? Aurelien |
Hi Aurelien, I’m sorry for overlooking restoring the site. I’ve sent you an email. — |
