Upload Log turned off and code changed but log is still being created

I had turned the logging off only to find out that the log was available and public. I looked at you formun and tried the code change described in the thread below. The logs are still being created. What can I do to ensure the logging function is off?

Hi Wendy,

You can delete the log file, then change the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/logs directory’s permissions to be 444.

This will prevent any writing to that directory.
