upgrading event expresso

i updated my license and need to update the plugin…

but am getting this message

A new version of Event Espresso is available. View What’s New with version 3.1.36.6.P. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. Your current account does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

I only have this running on one site and checked the key — it is the same… am not sure why i am getting the message as i paid for the renewal

Hi,

Sorry about that, I have reset your licence key so that should resolve the issue. You will get an email confirming the reset.

If the issue persists, please let us know and we can look into it further.
