Post upgrading to 5.0 worked except the last step. The Set EE Maintenance Mode button shows as simply a small LINE and not a visible button. Next to Maintenance Mode OFF, Maintenance Mode ON, there is no check box or anything. No clear button, just a black line under both options with no text….

Yes, I have a screenshot but I can’t post it here. =( Again, there are no radio buttons and the Update Maint Mode is showing as a single line.

That looks like your missing the EE styles.
Is this on a live site? Can I take a quick look?

Today when I go to Maintenance I see it correctly.

No, they are loaded automatically.
It sounds like your browser was loading a cache styles sheet, or it couldn’t load the stylesheet at all for some reason.
Any errors relating to EE in the logs at all?
