Updating sent from email address for messages

We updated our organizational email address during the last 12 months and am trying to track down where the the sent from email address is set within messages in EE4.

When a message is sent to our customers it is still coming from our old URL.

Additional investigation shows that all event notification emails are coming from the old email address

Hold on, this might be a postmark setting.

Confirmed, this was a postmark setting.
